Making a claim

Dealing with emotional situations - whether it's a disability, death or job loss - is difficult. We will work with you to make the claims process as easy as possible.

    Following are the 5 easy steps you need to complete to make a claim:

    1.   Call 020 8380 3000 to request a claim form.
    2. Print the claim form.
    3. Fill in the claim form completely, including signing and dating the form at the bottom
    4. Sign and date the form at the bottom.
    5. Post your claim form with required evidence* and certification to the address shown at the top of the claim form.**

    * Receipts are required when making a claim against a Price Protection policy only.

    What happens after completing the form?

    Once we have received your claim form, we´ll notify you by post of our decision. If your claim is accepted, you´ll receive payment promptly.
