Who Is The Genworth Foundation?

Putts For Charity is an innovative way to raise money for charity and in 2009 the initiative raised 150,165 euros for charitable causes across Europe. The Genworth Foundation is the charitable giving arm of Genworth Financial. The foundation focuses on supporting access to basic needs, enriching seniors’ lives, and providing opportunities to at-risk youth.

Which Charities Does The Genworth Foundation Support?

All the money raised from this year’s ‘Putts For Charity’ program will be donated to the SOS Children’s Villages charity. SOS Children’s Villages is an independent, non governmental and social development organisation, which has been active in the field of children’s needs, concerns and rights since 1949. In 132 countries and territories our activities focus on children without parental care and children of families in difficult circumstances.

‘Putts For Charity’ has previously supported a number of charities across Europe, including The Rainbow Trust, 'Save the Children' and Aldeas Infantiles SOS.
